This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you ("User", "you", or "your") and AMGI ("we", "us", or "our") regarding your use of our language learning application and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that:

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for:
The Service offers various subscription tiers, including a Free tier and paid tiers with additional features. Each tier provides specific usage limits for practice sessions, pronunciation evaluations, and audio generations.
For paid tiers, payment is processed through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid tier, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law.
You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Changes to your subscription will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
You retain all rights to content you create, upload, or store using the Service ("User Content").
You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
You are solely responsible for all User Content you submit. You represent and warrant that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights.

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
All intellectual property rights in the Service, including but not limited to software, design, logos, and content created by us, are owned by us or our licensors.
If you provide feedback about the Service, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable license to use that feedback for any purpose.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by you or us.
You may terminate this Agreement by discontinuing use of the Service and deleting your account.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time for any reason without notice.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Sections related to intellectual property rights, disclaimer of warranties, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution will survive termination.
We may modify this Agreement at any time by posting the revised version on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through the courts located in the United States.
